Just because every time we wipe our ass, we are on autopilot, doesn’t mean it’s right. It means we are on autopilot. It means we don’t get to do anything about it.
YFNG means “you’ve been fucked” in French. I’m not even sure if it means that literally or metaphorically, but it is a very apt description. Basically, no matter how much we wipe our ass (and yes, I did mention we are on autopilot), we are always somewhere we shouldn’t be. In fact, if we are on autopilot, we are always on autopilot.

I know you can’t stop thinking about the fact that you’re all on autopilot. It’s one of those things that will never go and make you sleep on autopilot. We all have times where we get very angry at our situation, and we want to change it, but we can’t. We’ve got to start acting like we’re on autopilot.
The last time I checked in on myself (on autopilot), I was doing a lot better. I was a lot less angry than I used to be. I was actually a lot less upset about the world around me. I was just trying to do the best I could. The world around me was still shit, but at least I had a clue what was going on. I don’t remember being as angry though. I remember being more frustrated.
At least the last few years I’ve been able to make a lot of progress in dealing with my feelings of anger. I’ve learned to take a lot of anger out on things that are not really important. For example, I used to be able to take out my anger on other people, but now I can’t do that anymore. I only use it on myself now. This anger is a new thing to me.
The main reason I dont feel like I’m angry is because I cant get angry enough. It actually makes me feel like the other person and I cant get an angry reaction on myself. It makes me feel like I could have done something more, but not myself. I still feel like I am being very angry. I still think that’s it.
